Identification and contact data (name, phone and delivery address), information about the medication you share with us and, when applicable, your prescription. Health information is sensitive data and is handled with reinforced security measures.
How we use it
To register your medication, send reminders, check availability, prepare quotes, coordinate purchase and home delivery, and support you via WhatsApp or phone.
Who we share it with
We only share the information pharmacies and delivery services need to fulfil your order. We never sell or rent your data.
Your ARCO rights
You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent, by messaging us on WhatsApp at 614 394 1723.
