Mantenemos organizados tus medicamentos, te recordamos con anticipación cuándo volver a surtirlos, confirmamos tu pedido y coordinamos la entrega a domicilio.

### ¿Qué medicamentos pueden entregar?
Medicamentos de uso continuo y otros productos de farmacia que quieras sumar a tu entrega. Si un medicamento requiere receta, te la solicitaremos.

### ¿En qué zonas realizan entregas?
Iniciamos en Chihuahua, Chihuahua. Las entregas fuera de zona se cotizan por separado.

### ¿Cómo funcionan los recordatorios?
Llevamos el control aproximado de tu siguiente surtido y te escribimos por WhatsApp unos 7 días antes para que confirmes si continúas con el mismo tratamiento.

### ¿La membresía incluye los medicamentos?
No. Los medicamentos se cobran por separado. La membresía cubre el registro, los recordatorios, la búsqueda y cotización, la coordinación de compra y 1 entrega programada al mes.

### ¿Y si necesito otra entrega en el mes?
Cada entrega adicional cuesta $59 MXN. Las entregas urgentes o fuera de zona se cotizan por separado.

### ¿SiempreMed receta o cambia mi tratamiento?
No. SiempreMed no diagnostica, prescribe ni modifica tratamientos. Tu tratamiento siempre depende de ti y de tu médico.

### ¿Puedo usarlo para los medicamentos de un familiar?
Sí. Si administras los medicamentos de tus padres o de otro familiar, te ayudamos a mantenerlos organizados y entregados a tiempo.

Ongoing-use medication and any other pharmacy products you want to add to your delivery. If a medication requires a prescription, we will ask for it.

We are starting in Chihuahua, Chihuahua. Deliveries outside the service area are quoted separately.

### How do the reminders work?
We estimate your next refill and message you on WhatsApp about 7 days before, so you can confirm whether you’re continuing the same treatment.
